What does it mean if a product is back-ordered?
If the item you desire is not in stock, a message
will appear at the top of the screen upon attempting to place the
item in your shopping cart regarding the item's unavailability.
You will not be able to purchase the item at that time and your
shopping cart will remain empty. Most of our out-of-stock items
are restocked again within 2-6 weeks.
Items that are back-ordered take longer to ship
than in-stock items. You can expect these items to ship in 2-4 weeks
after your order is placed. If your order contains both in-stock
and back-ordered items, the entire order will be held until the
back-ordered item is available again. If you have special timing
issues and need the in-stock items shipped before the backordered
items become available, then you may request a partial shipment
by .
You
will be notified if your order is backordered and being held from
shipment within 48 hours of the time of you place your order. The
notification will be emailed to the address entered in the 'Bill
To' information.
