When I attempt to submit my order I receive the following error:
"Unable to authorize payment: Invalid billing address information."
What's the problem?
This problem generally occurs in situations where a billing address
contains no house number. To resolve this trouble you just need
to add a number at the beginning of your address line (even if it
isn't required for your postal delivery). For instance "Old Farm
Road, Berkshire" could become "1 Old Farm Road, Berkshire" and this
error will cease.
This message is the result of a security provision that we use in
our shopping cart to defend against fraud practitioners who test stolen
credit cards. By requiring a check on the house number and postal
code of all billing addresses, we reduce the number of fraud transactions
that get processed. Unfortunately, this can result in difficulty for
some customers with non-standard addresses.
If you're still experiencing difficulties while attempting to submit
an order, please
and we'll look into the matter.
