How long will it take for my order to arrive?


If your No Sweat order is in stock, it will ship within two business days of the date you place your order. All No Sweat retail orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.  Most domestic orders ship via UPS (except to PO boxes).   Our international orders (including orders to Military APOs and FPOs) are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Once your order has left our facility in Boston, its arrival time is based on its shipping destination.  Domestic orders shipped via UPS will receive tracking information as soon as this info is available to us.   Please consult our UPS zone map for an estimate of shipping time based on location. 

International orders will arrive 5-12 days after they have left our facilities.  International customers may wish to see if there are No Sweat outlets closer to home so as to lower shipping charges and avoid customs duties.

For both domestic and international orders, you will be notified by email when your order has shipped.

Please Note:  We are closed on all federal holidays and thus can not ship orders on these days.
