What
is your Return/Exchange Policy?
For any reason whatsoever, you can return up to 45 days from receipt
of merchandise (details below).
Returns
will NOT be refunded for the following:
Apparel
Items that have been laundered, dirtied, damaged or altered in any way; or
footwear that shows signs of street wear or scuff marks, with debris, dirt
or pebbles embedded in the soles. Items purchased at a retail location or
through one of No Sweat’s distributors
must be returned to that location/distributor and cannot be returned through
this process.
Final
Sale Items: If an item on your invoice or order confirmation
email is marked as "(Final Sale)" then we cannot issue an exchange or
refund for the item. Exceptions apply of course in circumstances
where an incorrect Final Sale item has been received as a result of our
error.
Additional
policies:
The
sender is responsible for the return postage to ship the item to us (we
will refund this postage cost if the return is due to our error). We urge you to use
a mail carrier that generates tracking numbers, such as UPS® or FedEx®, as we will not be responsible for
lost packages.
If you are requesting an exchange, you will not need to pay
for any additional shipping or handling fees in order to ship the new product
to you. Please allow 1-2 weeks for receipt and processing of your return.
When your return has been received and the refund transaction or
exchange has occurred, you will receive an email notification to the email
address you entered in the “Bill To” information section upon checking
out the original order. The original form of payment will be refunded if
the item that is returned or exchanged costs less than the original
item..
How
to Return No Sweat Apparel Products:
- Package
the items you wish to return in a mailing envelope or box.
- Fill
out the No
Sweat Return Form that's included on the back on
the invoice that was shipped along with your order. If you no longer
have your invoice, you can download the form via the link above and
include a copy of the email confirmation email that was sent at the completion
of your order.
