How do No Sweat Customer Accounts Work?
When
you setup an account with us, you establish a username and password
that is associated with the shipping and billing information that
you provide for your orders. On your next visit to No Sweat Apparel.com
when you enter that username and password your shipping and billing
addresses will be filled out already, leaving only your Credit Card
or Check info for input. We suggest using a Login name that is very
easy to remember. This way if you lose your password, all you have
to do is supply us with your Login name and we will send your password
to the e-mail you've provided in your account.
Checking
Order Status / Modifying Your Account:
You
can change or remove your account info at any time and not have
to worry about your privacy.
If you are trying to access an existing account - enter your username
and password and click the login button. Once your're you're
logged into your No Sweat Apparel Account you can check the status
of your recent order or edit your Shipping & Billing info.
Unfortunately, orders placed before October 21st, 2004 can't have
their order status checked in this manner. If you need an
order status check on an older order, please contact
sales.
Have
You Forgotten Your Login ID?
No problem. You can lookup your login ID on the Account
Login Page or at the beginning of the Checkout
Process. Simply enter the email address associated with your
account and you will be shown your Customer Account ID immediately.
If you need to retrieve your password, simply enter your Customer
Account ID into the login input box and choose the option: "Please
Email Me My Password." The password for your account
will be mailed to the address associated with your account. If you
no longer have access to this email account contact
us and we'll help you get access to your account!
No
Sweat Newsletter Subscription:
When
setting up your account, you have the option of subscribing
to our monthly email newsletter. This newsletter provides
updates about new No Sweat products and sales promotions.
Your newsletter subscription is separate from your No Sweat
customer account. You can subscribe, unsubscribe or
make modifications to your existing Newsletter account here:

Note: This login is different from our No
Sweat Participant Program Login. If you are an affiliate
who is trying to access a Participant account you should do so at
the Participant Login, instead.
