How do No Sweat Gift Certificates work?

Our Gift Certificates can be used toward any purchase at No Sweat Apparel.com and even count toward our shipping and handling fees. Each Gift Certificate can be used by any individual who redeems it at www.nosweatapparel.com. Although for most of our Gift Certificates we send paper copies to the shipping address specified in your order, you or your recipient do not need to wait for the paper copy to arrive by mail before using it.  For immediate delivery options see below for info about our E-Card Generator. 
 
 
Ordering a Gift Certificate:

When an order containing a Gift Certificate is purchased with a credit card, a certificate code is generated and appears in the order confirmation email which arrives immediately following the order. If an order has been paid for by check, we wait until the check has been received and has cleared prior to generating and sending a Gift Certificate code.  The only exception to this is the Bundle of $10 Paper Gift Certificates (Mail Delivery), which is fulfilled via postal mail only (Gift Certificate codes are not sent in the order confirmation email for these certificates).
 
 
Using a Gift Certificate:

When you (or the recipient of the Gift Certificate) want to use the certificate, just shop at No Sweat as you would normally.   During the Checkout process enter the Gift Certificate number and click the "Redeem Gift Certificate" button.  The amount of your gift certificate will be removed from your order total (counting against shipping and handling fees as well).  If there are extra funds still left on a Gift Certificate after its use, this will be noted on your invoice and in your confirmation email.  You can use the remainder next time you shop with us just by entering the same Gift Certificate code again.
 
 
Multiple Gift Certificates may be redeemed in a single order and Gift Certificates may be used in combination with No Sweat Apparel Coupons. Please follow the following instructions to redeem multiple Gift Certificates:

When you come to Step 3 in the checkout process (the 'Choose Payment Method' page) you'll see an input box named 'Gift Certificate.' Insert your first Gift Certificate in this input box and click the 'Redeem Gift Certificate' button which sits beside the box. Next, input your second Gift Certificate code and click the redeem button again. As each Gift Certificate is redeemed your order total will be reduced by the amount of each submitted Certificate. Continue these steps until you've redeemed all of your Gift Certificates and then proceed through the rest of the checkout process (choose your payment method and click the Continue button). You can paste your Gift Certificate codes (one at a time) into the input box but be sure that there are no extra spaces before or after the code before you click the redeem button.
 
 
Sending a a Gift Certificate in  a No Sweat E-Card:

Using our No Sweat E-Card Generator you can send your Gift Certificate immediately in a custom email card.  To do so you just copy the Gift Certificate code provided on the Invoice screen (or in your order confirmation email), paste it into the No Sweat E-card of your choosing and send it on its way.  If you would like more information about how to send your Gift Certificate via an E-card - here's the three easy steps to do so.
 
 
Gift Certificate Discount Bundles:

During the Holiday season we offer discount bundles of $10.00 Gift Certificates so that customers can share No Sweat Apparel with a group of friends and family.  Discounts are offered at quantities of 5 and 10 of these special Gift Certificates (5 for $45.00 and10 for $85.00).  Simply add the number of these that you want to your cart and the discount will be reflected in your order total.

Please Note:  The Bundle of $10 Gift Certificate Codes (Online Delivery) and the Bundle of $10 Paper Gift Certificates (Mail Delivery) differ in the way that the Gift Certificates are delivered.  Customers purchasing the Online Delivery version will only receive Gift Certificate codes via email and those purchasing the Mail Delivery version will only receive Gift Certificate codes in paper format via postal mail.  Standard (non-discounted) Gift Certificates are delivered both by email and in paper format.
 
 
Resetting an expired Gift Certificate:

No Sweat Apparel Gift Certificates expire one year from their purchase date by default but there's no problem with extending their use. If your Gift Certificate expires just let us know and we'll reset it.
